Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase but understand that if a mistake in the description was made, an item needs to be returned. Please review the return policies below and contact us with any questions.

A full return will be honored if the item is not as described. The customer has 10 days upon receiving the item to initiate a return. To speed up this process it is recommended that you reach out directly by phone or email.

We pride ourselves in our very safe packing methods, so if a package arrives damaged from shipping, please reach out to us immediately and we will contact the shipping company to look for any necessary reimbursement.

For all mail returns/exchanges, we will cover the costs. We recommend you return your items packed with the same care as they first arrived, using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.

If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect or damaged please contact the store within 7 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.
